D Baje Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

By using the D Baje website and mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between D Baje and the user.

D Baje reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• D Baje is intended for entertainment purposes only.
• Each user is allowed to hold only one account.
• A valid internet connection and compatible device are required to use D Baje's services.
• Republishing any content from the D Baje platform without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

To register on D Baje, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false details is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being suspended at any time.

The name, mobile number, and payment details you provide at registration must be your own. Using a third party's information to register is strictly prohibited.

• A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• Withdrawal limits may apply until KYC verification is completed.
• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

D Baje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

For withdrawals, the payment method must be registered in the same name as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (standard account)
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal limits may apply if KYC verification has not been completed.
• There are no additional charges on deposits. A small processing fee may apply to withdrawals where applicable.

Once confirmed on D Baje, all bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the odds and details before confirming any bet.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are not confirmed, D Baje reserves the right to accept or void the bet at the updated odds.

• Minimum bet: ৳50
• Maximum bet: set per event and visible on the account page.
• If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• The outcome of any bet affected by a technical error will be determined by D Baje.
• Any unusual or suspicious betting patterns will be subject to investigation.
• In parlay and combo bets, if one leg is voided, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00.

D Baje offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets from time to time. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registrations and deposits only.
• To claim a bonus, all conditions must be met within the specified time frame.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• D Baje reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Only specific games or betting sections may count toward meeting wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the D Baje platform. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.

D Baje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Issues with KYC verification or if false information is found.
• Extended inactivity on the account for more than 12 months.
• When required by a court order or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

Prior to any account closure, D Baje will provide an opportunity for verification unless immediate action is required. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
